We give vocational training in computers and relevant different courses to Irula and backward community school/college dropouts and help them to gain decent employment.

The training and employment thereafter will enhance the economic stability of village youth which breaks the cycle of poverty and in-turn will enable the involvement of local human resources productively rather than their current loitering around without an aim. In Madhuranthakam, there are more than 17 villages in the vicinity of our Trust and in these villages there are numerous education discontinued youth who are loitering around. Our aim is to effectively utilize them by providing vocational training to hone their skills and render employment to them. We have plans and working towards to set up a rural soft skills empowerment centre to engage the rural youth inclusive of women and provide employment training to them.
